Will my current Membership PLUS data convert to Membership PLUS Version 11?Yes, your current Membership PLUS data can be entered into Membership PLUS version 11 and upgraded. You can continue working with your data without the worry of entering all of your information again.
Will Membership PLUS run in Microsoft Vista?Yes, Membership PLUS version 11 is compatible with Microsoft Vista. Because the release of Microsoft Vista was after the release of the older versions of Membership PLUS, there has been no testing in the Microsoft Vista environment. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that older versions will work with Microsoft Vista.
Will Membership PLUS run on a MAC?At this time there has been no testing of Membership PLUS on a MAC environment. It is not recommended to run Membership PLUS on a MAC.
Can I create a Pictorial Directory using Membership PLUS?Yes, you can create a Pictorial Directory using Membership PLUS. You can attach picture files to an individual or family's record and include information such as:
- Name
- Address
- Contacts
- Member Status
- Etc.
Can I track attendance in Membership PLUS?Yes, you can track attendance in Membership PLUS by setting up groups and assigning them to meeting times. There are options for detailed attendance tracking or summarized attendance tracking. Membership PLUS also includes several attendance report options.
Can I set up logins to only allow specific people to see financial information?Yes, in Membership PLUS you can limit access to certain areas of the program for some users, protecting confidentiality of the data related to your members. Each staff member can have a unique user name and password to access Membership PLUS.

Can I get a training manual to get started?Yes, you can get training documentation online at www.memplushome.com. We offer a New Client Orientation that includes a Getting started video with step by step instructional documentation. We also have the Knowledge Base that includes articles on specific "How to" information that can be printed. Lastly, we have a new Documentation Library with several PDF documents that can be downloaded and printed.
