How do I enter pledges for the new year?

To enter pledges:

  1. On the Main Menu, click Financials.
  2. Select Pledges.
  3. On the List tab, highlight the individual you wish to add a pledge to.
  4. Select the Data Entry tab.
  5. In the Date Range to View section, select the appropriate year for the new pledge.

  6. Click the Record button at the top of the screen and select Add Pledge.
  7. Select the appropriate Fund and click OK.
  8. Enter the dollar amounts in the Amount column for each period.

  9. Click the Save button at the top of the screen.
