- How do I enter pledges for the new year?


To enter pledges:
- On the Main Menu, click Financials.
- Select Pledges.
- On the List tab, highlight the individual you wish to add a pledge to.
- Select the Data Entry tab.
- In the Date Range to View section, select the appropriate year for the new pledge.

- Click the Record
button at the top of the screen and select Add Pledge.
- Select the appropriate Fund and click OK.
- Enter the dollar amounts in the Amount column for each period.

- Click the Save
button at the top of the screen.
